2. Create Bid (Title, Description, Bid Amount, Bidding Period, Bid Type Auto- set per unit value or manual entry)
3. Attach Bid documents
4. Invite all or selected vendors
5. Submit Bid
6. Login for Bids received & award bid to the winner
